Every bottle we pour is sourced through licensed importers and premium distributors — full stop. We operate a zero-tolerance policy on unlabelled local spirits and arak. Bali has a methanol problem; we take that seriously. The supply chain we use for your guests is identical to what we would accept for ourselves. That is the only standard we recognise.
